Strength

Even youths grow tired and weary,
and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the Lord
will renew their strength.
They will soar on wings like eagles;
they will run and not grow weary,
they will walk and not be faint. (Isaiah 40:30-31)

Life is hard. It beats us to a broken point, but you see what Isaiah prophesied??? Our strength will be renewed. “We will mount up with wings like eagles,” the strength and the endurance an eagle has to make it through long flights will also be ours, if we just continue to hope in the Lord.
He will give us longevity…

A lot of times I have gotten mad at God for allowing me to be broken and basically having nothing to show for in life but my son. But I remembered that God did not bring me this far to leave me.

He’s trusting me with these trials so that I may be molded into a Godly women.

And the vessel that he was making from clay was spoiled in the hand of the potter; so he made it over, reworking it into another vessel as it seemed good to the potter to make it (Jeremiah 18:4 AMP)

God is the potter and we are his clay and before we are formed into something that “seems good” we have to have every little lump broken and every hard thing( rocks) taken out of us!!

So I challenge you ladies, When ever persecution, hardship, battles, pain & humiliation comes. Do not get sad and defeated, sing unto the Lord, dance unto the Lord, and praise him for allowing your strength to become greater!!!!

Fear: Nothing worth not living for.

The fear has set in

Dreading the changes that are to come

My heart pounds

My hands sweat

I think

I waste away in thoughts

Consumed by the evil ones

Then I hear him.

I hear him say “perfect love casteth out fear,

because fear hath punishment;(1 John 4:18)”

I remember fear is nothing

fear was made to be defeated

Created to be conquered

So I sit with reassurance I can do this

I discover, I will this!

What is fear to me?

Nothing worth not living for, that’s for sure!
